Yeah, it looks like a toy from a kids meal supersized (that just proves how junky the 2004 line is).

Dose of reality: no air means no streams: you need air pressure to keep your streams as water. Without air pressure, the water will boil off into space. The 1/6th gravity would allow your streams to travel farther, though, but they would still experience some (though very minor) air resistance. Sin...

Imagine this: Your in an heated, but airless doam (sp?) on the moon, with 20 min of air on your back. You have a CPS 2500, and a WBL. You see the enamy 150+ feet away. You turn the 2500 to 20x, pump it half way, and pull the trigger. Because drag doesn't exist, the stream keeps together perfectaly,...

@Veteran: Actulally, that was me, but I showed my parents my 2500, said the 2000 wasn't much stronger (it's Mk2), and they allowed me to have the gun. @Doom: I heard somthing about that happening here, and I herd somthind about the pc ripping somwhere else. And I bought the 2000 because I am a cole...

I'm about to get a CPS 2000 ( :cps2000: yey!) an I've heard a lot of things about the pc ripping or somthing else happening after use. So I'm wondering, is it safe (for the 2000) to use it a lot? Or at all?

Soakologist, you might want to try a bigger o-ring. My 4100's o-ring is bigger than the 2500's, mabye the same with the 1500. And if it doesn't fit, keep trying to force it in.

Uhh. It's neather of thoese problems. I have found the acual problem. The o-ring is missing. I will try to get a right-sized o-ring for the 2500.

Edit: I fixed the problem. I took the o-ring out of my 4100 and put it in my 2500. It works like new now.

On my CPS 2500, water leaks out around the nozzel selector when I shoot. On the 20x, everything works fine, but on the 10x and the 5x, about 50 ml of water leaks out per shot. This is a problem because 50 ml is enough to make a kill in a one hit kill match. I then got a longer screw (from the 4100'...

For some reason, everyone thinks CVF is hard. I think a CVF it easier than a 30 balloon K-mod. The whole process took me around 5 minutes (not counting the glue drying).

The range was 63-64 feet (at 100 balloons) depending on the amount of pumps.

I compared the 80 balloons to the 100 balloons, and I got 1/2 a second (about two taps) more with 80 balloons. I perfer long shot times over power, so I took of 20 balloons, and now it's back to 80 balloons.

@ Soakologist: If you want proof, go to general soaking, 2005 Soakers on SSC.

@ Doom: Although this is untrue, I still hear a LOT of n00bs still saying it. Mabye you should make it more clear (like a pinned topic) that it was a joke.

I am really sick of everyone saying "In 2005 there will be a CPS 4000" of other crap like that. Sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but CPS IS NOT COMING BACK! Let's see why it's not coming back, shall we? 1. Hasbro wasn't making enough money off CPS: It might of cost around $40 to make a MXL, and th...
