Re: Hydrolysis V2 - "Last Man Standing"

A very extensive plan! Yes, I should have clarified - the barracks is a picnic shelter akin to this: http://www.co.whatcom.wa.us/parks/images/hovandershelter.JPG except with more walls for defending. I didn't want to have a barracks with one door to the inside...bottleneck doorways are not fun to fi...

Re: Hydrolysis V2 - "Last Man Standing"

I sprint up the path to K1, sneak through the woods to I1 and peer out onto the path to see if I can spot the enemy. If they are there, they may be filling up at the clean water barrels and not paying attention to security. If I can sneak past them I continue through the woods to E1 and do the same...

Hydrolysis V2 - "Last Man Standing"

As Summer is approaching, I've decided to pick up where I left off with "Hydrolysis V2" scenarios....this time, no Monster XLs! :goofy: I need to stop liking that weapon... http://i368.photobucket.com/albums/oo130/CoolCJ24/LMSGrid.png "Run!" shouts your last remaining team-mate of your three man tea...

Re: M4's Tactical Exercise #3: All Out Attack

Objective: Your arch nemesis is defending their team leader's farm. Intel reports that 30 of their team members have shown up for battle. You have assembled your own team at the local park behind (A5) behind the farm. You are waging an all out assault on the enemy base. Take control of the enemy HQ...

Re: Water Warfare headhunter?

Halo's my favourite game franchise... :P Sounds like a good idea, but make the "skulls" in the game something easy to recognise on the battlefield - nothing too small and they all need to be the same kind of object really. For example, I'd use a small Velcro flag for each player when they "spawned",...

Re: Check out my first battle scenario!

Your team is on the left side. The river flows slowly downward. The goal for each team is to go across the river, capture the enemy's flag, and bring it to your own flag. If someone trying to steal a flag is shot, the flag is returned to its original location. If you are shot in a boat, you are una...

Re: Use of vehicles in water warfare

I'm not really into the idea of actually having vehicles on the battlefield; a tank would be impossible to take out assuming it an enclosed cockpit and a car is just impractically stuck to roads, which would be useless in my area, which is half village half rural. The village-estate area only has a ...

Re: Pics+Limited Stats: Storm 800

I have a Storm 750, it's very close looking to that! They're great side-arms or light self-defense weapons (i.e. for Commanders) but they're quite hard to pressurise because of the stiff pump.

Re: ranking, what do you see yourself as?

I consider myself a Veteran. I still have more to learn about countering enemy maneuvres and stuff. Which is why the Water Warfare Scenarios discussion is important to me. I'll never forget my greatest moment though....the Hill Defense in 2005.... The enemy had superior numbers, and a hose. We were ...

Re: Invasion

Hey, I have to disagree.... The Assault Rifle is a great gun in Halo! You've just got to burst fire it for effective range. I use the DMR more for its superior range, but the AR will always be my favourite. Apart from that, I really like the idea of an Invasion game for water warfare. My only issue ...

"Rise Above the Storm" is an awesome song. It was part of the Beyblade Soundtrack, but it is a sweet song.

Re: HBWW Camp Water Warfare Scenario: Metal and Water

Oh right I didn't know that they knew of the weapon caches....well in that case, I'd just proceed with the plan and take out any Rebels that were on "F" wall. Hopefully, the plan will still go accordingly; they will suspect an attack from the "E" side, thinking my lone assassain will go that way to ...

Re: HBWW Camp Water Warfare Scenario: Metal and Water

But like I said, with such a valuable asset, they're going to be quite static and protective around the machine; it's better for them to be hit than the machine. So I reckon that even if they did want to have some outside security, they'd likely only send a single scout, not wanting to remove much p...

Re: HBWW Camp Water Warfare Scenario: Metal and Water

OK, here we go.... First, the main problem I have here is that the enemy know that my team consists of 5 men. Thus, I can't send 4 on one side and 1 on the other, because they'll expect that. So all 5 men will creep along the "F" side of the Estate, out of enemy view, at first. The guy with the WBL ...

Re: BROKEN CPS 1500

Can you hear a rattling when you move/shake the blaster? Sounds like the spring behind the trigger may have come loose, and now the blaster is stuck on firing.

I'm afraid that if this is the case, you'll have to open it up to put the spring back.

Re: Water Warfare Tournaments?

You could simply have referees around the area, who are in clearly designated towers. There would be quite a few of them, and they would watch over all areas of the playing field, watching that nobody cheats (a.k.a any player who does not raise their arm in the air and return to base would be disqua...

Water Warfare Tournaments?

Since Hasbro holds the Nerf Dart Tag tournaments, don't you think there should be a Super Soaker Championship? Even if it did mean using Hasbro's woeful blasters, wouldn't it be great for creating a bigger community by e-mailing Hasbro about the idea? I mean, Hasbro would benefit from bigger Super S...
