Just how many "MK1s" are there anyway? Could someone take pics?
Specifically, the inside past the nozzle of the CPS1000, 1500, 2500, and 3000. I'm curious if it has "straws" or plastic tubes for lamination unlike my MK2s which have the stupid "swiss cheese" black plastic blocks. Also, please state the color of the box: 1997 dark blue w/lightning, 1998 yellow box...

Re: CPS 2500 Review
Laramie tried to "de-tune" it compared to the 2000 MK2 by using the "swiss cheese" plastic block for lamination instead of the bundle of "straws" or plastic tubes and if you look at the 20x nozzle, there's a lip. At least you can bore that with a drill(and make your own laminator in the nozzle) and ...

Re: Super Soaker Hydro Blitz Modification
Because of the all deadspace in between the main PC and the only effective nozzle (In stock form) the water is moving at a snails pace before it reaches it. Super Soaker tried to fix this by giving you a second chamber much closer. it works by at the cost of sustained shot time, you need to re add ...

Re: Latest Soaker / Water Blaster
The small nozzle needs retapped with a drill bit that is around the same size if you have a steady hand. Good luck, BradSplatterpunk wrote:that said, the small nozzle strangely shoots towards the right which looks really peculiar so I wouldn't use this as any indicator of the norm!

I've done some of that. So, how are you sealing it? I figure a good McMaster hose or elbow would keep turbulence down for a smooth flow.

Fed up with Nerf "super soakers"
I gave Nerf/Hasbro a broadside on their Facebook. You would think that keeping with the tradition of making the Nerf guns more powerful, sooner or later it would apply to the soakers. I gave them enough time, and they went the opposite way, so I let them know. Oops,

And yes, I still can't keep my hands off things: my XL's 14x nozzles. Does pretty good, too short to put one of my laminators in.

Sounds like fun. I'm going to use 5234K23, 7/8" outside diameter, 1/2" inside diameter, 3/16" thick walled. Same as Schmidt. Good Luck,

Re: Hydroblitz to-do list
Since my riot nozzle is already glued open, I've been considering taking out the riot PC and putting in an elbow. It may fire slower, but the Blitz's main is the same size as the 2000 mk1. It seems no one has done this yet, odd. Good luck, Brad

Re: Vindicator
Using an inspection mirrior, you can see that the PC is a type of sphere. To ensure it doesn't go beyond parameters, they are using material(think mini cargo) straps(4) that are sew together forming a "+". Odd

Re: Hands-On: Water Warriors Vindicator
Got mine from Target. Very good design with the spherical PC strapped(?!) inside the reservoir(inspection mirror). Can hold its own against the 1200 and 2100. I'll compare it sometime against the 1000. More to come, Brad
