Well, I finally made it! :-D

I sawed through the Check valve area, shortened the spring a bit and glued it all together again.
Just for the fun of it, I even repainted the Reservoir and pump handle, so it can now almost be considered as remanufactured ;-)
Works fine again!

Well, it seems to be the Check valve between Reservoir and pump. Sometimes it works and sometimes not, no matter if i pump fast or slow...

So what exactly can there be done to fix it? Saw it off and replace the spring? Thanks for your support :D

Thanks! No, I haven't tried pumping fast yet, the gun is still disassembled. But i'll do so when it's all mounted again. The skirt seal at the pump rod seemed a bit worn out indeed. Here is what I did to stiffen it again: DSC_0932-1024x576.JPG It's actually car body seal, needs 24h to dry completely...
