Amazing how these images came up... I have hopes that the Aquapack Hasbro's rolling out is reminiscent of the CPS 3000/3200 but according to some soem stats on the box it's a lot smaller.

The package looked pretty good while it lasted on auction. It's espeically nice to see such acitivty even during the soaker off-season.

Knowledgeable exceptions are always a good way to teach that majority to remvoe their ignorance. A large enough movement and soakerdom might be able to infleunce the marketing of manufacturers. In fact, I feel that our discussions with Big Bee can be considered influential, even if Big Bee already ...

After more than a week, it's time to check soakerdom news. Most interesting that Hasbro is willing to produce CPS soakers in the near future, though I hadn't given up hope on the CPS line before I read this thread. Maybe this means my purchase of two 2100s from SA at the end of the summer wasn't as...

You could try the Buzz Bee Toys official site or the isoaker.com reviews section but neither of those have images of the new 2005 WW lineup.

Last year I used a CPS 3000 as a main weapon so the only backup I carried in my hands was a pistol. Sometimes I left a Splashzooka on the groun near me as a backup. I now have two 2100s so if I can make rudimentary straps for them that would be my combo.

I agree with pumping it up after firing a tap-shot but often times there's a difference between pressure lost and restoration due to pumping. This often happens in the heat of battle one is in action and rushes, leading to imcomplete restoration of full pressure. Edited By Field Marshal Yang on 109...

Quote (Spinner @ Sep. 26 2004,08:31) Has the idea of a pulse-fire system for WW guns been mooted yet? That Idea didnt exactly cut it for the XP-90. I would rather not have a pulse fire system, it would limit the power in each shot. Any average Joe can get tap shooting from a CPS, its not that hard....

Hmm... I remember thinking about how the additional pressure created by a smaller nozzle would push up the range. So what's the prefeered characteristic of a soaker, output or range?

Eggs it'll be. Imagine begging for water in the middle of a desert and having cooked eggs of all sorts shot and/or thrown at you.

There's probably some dime-store squirt pistol called the "Super Squirt Pistol". The world won't some to an end and neither will the list of dime-store squirt pistols.

...***THIS JUST IN***... Further range testing proves that the 10x on a CPS 2500 shoots further than either CPS 2000. Which makes the 10X shot on the 2500 one of the beat all-around streams due to their power over the 5X, water conservation over the 20X, and better range than the 2500. Too bad they...

I remember that old XP 270 commercial from 2001. The scene was a street-side dinner. There was also a XP 310 commercial from 2001 that was in the desert and it involved a guy saying, "...water...need water..." or something to that effect. Then some kids with 310s pop out and shoot him, advetrising ...

Does this make the Mk. 2 an intentional improvement by Larami on the Mk. 1 or simply a prodcut of a different rubber that Larami put in just because they switched their lineup-wide rubber?

Are all 7 of your Power Paks in good working order? While I'm on the topic of Power Paks, a lot of people say that they are known to have a short life span and that they've gone through 4 of them or whatever. What is the most common problem with them? Surely it's repairable, isn't it? The o-ring of...

That would be a interesting mod but you never won the 2000 off of ebay so there goes idea. However, if you already have a 2500 or can win a 2500 off of ebay then it might be possible to mod the PC to the output strength of a 2000. But this is all theoretical and I have absolutely no experience modd...

Even if it was broken, you should've kept it was a collectable because of the sheer rarity of a 2000, regardless of its operating ability. Anyway, if you want something similar try looking for some 2500s because they're more common on ebay than 2000s.

Was the classic Super Soaker Rocket of the same design (not necessarily size and colors though) as the Monster Rocket? I can imagine that Hasbro might've dug up designs from around a decade ago to create the novelty of the year.

Didn't we used to complain about the 2700? Yeah, now we have several members who nearly worship it. Then again I nearly worshipped the 3200 for about a year or so in 2002 and 2003. If we look back on Hasbro's 2002 lineup we were still spoiled compared to this year's SS lineup. MX and MXL were still...
